REFUND CONDITIONS
- The purchased product can be returned within 15 days from the invoice date. Please follow these steps;
- It must be brought or shipped with the product invoice.
- The product should be packed or shipped with the original packaging or box.
- The product must not have been damaged in any way, its paint should not be scratched, or worn or used.
- The product must be brought complete with all accessories, instruction manual and documents. If these parts of the products missing or damaged in packaging and / or accessories during the return, their costs are invoiced to the customer.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The warranty period starts from the delivery date of the goods and 2 years. All parts of the goods are covered by the warranty of our company. The repair time of the goods is a maximum of 20 working days. This period starts from the date of notification to one of the vendor, dealer, agent, representative, importer or manufacturer of the goods in the case of a service station in case of a malfunction of the goods. In case of failure of the goods to be repaired within 10 working days, the manufacturer-importer or the importer has to allocate another goods of similar nature to the consumer’s use until the repair of the goods is completed.
- In case of malfunction of the goods within the warranty period due to both material and workmanship and installation errors, the labor cost, the changed part price or any other name will be repaired without any charge.
- Although the consumer uses the right to repair;
- Within one year from the date of delivery to the consumer, within the specified warranty period; more than four repetitions of the same fault or more than six occurrences of different faults or more than six of the total of different faults within the specified warranty period, as well as the failure of these malfunctions to be unable to benefit from the goods,
- Exceeding the maximum time required for repair
- In the event that a service station is not available to the company’s service station, it may be determined by the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer or manufacturer of the company to determine that it is not possible to repair the failure by the report to be issued by the producer, in case of any demand for free replacement, refund or reduction of the price of the product.
- Malfunctions arising from the use of the product in contravention of the instructions contained in the operating manual are not covered by the warranty.

In the event that the defect of the goods is not cleared within 10 working days, the manufacturer – the manufacturer or the importer must allocate another commodity with similar properties to the consumer’s use until the repair is completed.
