Oven Does Not Work
  • Check the product power supply.
  • Ensure that the 220 volt power supply is normal.
Oven Does Not Cook Food
  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes before the baking process. Then insert the trays.
  • Set the tray rack settings, thermostat temperature and time setting in the order indicated in the manual.
  • For cooking, choose TURBO cooking and static cooking for pastries.
Furnace Burns the Food or Gold
  • Check the tray rack height.
  • Check the thermostat (temperature) setting. If the heat setting is high, lower it.
  • Check the time setting. Decrease the time setting if a high timing has been made.
Cooker Lighter Is Running or Not Working
  • One or more of the ignition switches on the underside of the control buttons may have flushed water during cleaning. Switch off the product’s 220 volt power supply and allow it to dry for 1 or 2 hours.
  • One of the control buttons can overprint the switch. Register a call to the call center.
    If not, check the 220 volt power supply. If you are confident that there is no problem with the 220 volt power supply, register the service to the call center.
ellowing or blotches on inox surfaces
  • Clean the product inox surfaces with the inox cleaning spray and the inox cleaning paste.
  • Prevent water and similar droplets from drying on inox surfaces. The lime and salt particles contained in the surface water are corrosive.
  • Do not operate the electric heater when it is empty. After finishing the cooking process, place a container with cold water on top of the heater.
The pull of my hood is not enough
  • If the metal filters contained in the chimneys are clogged, they may not pull, they should be cleaned by washing with hot water. Carbon filters may need to be replaced with non-vented (Carbon filter) devices, please contact the call center.
